Let your spirit run wild amidst a host of autumnal delights! Fierce warriors may try their mettle upon the field of battle in martial activities including armored combat, rapier, and thrown weapons competitions. Heavy combat and rapier activities will be centered around Halloween themes, which will include a zombie battle and a Friday night torchlight tourney.

Heavy Combat

Scenario: Zombie Apocalypse: Start out 1 on 1 to determine zombies and survivors. Losers are the zombie horde. Zombies cannot run, but survivors can. Zombies retain wounds but take a double tap to the head to kill. Any good blow to a survivor will turn them into a zombie.

Torch Light Tournament: Novice Tournament, Unbelt Tournament, and Squires and Knights Tournament

Scenario: Headless Horseman: Up to 4 teams- a crest will be attached with duct tape to single member of each team’s helm. The goal is to protect your horseman and capture the other horsemen’s heads.

Rapier

Costumed Rapier tournament: Costumes heavily encouraged!

Cut and Thrust Zombie Tournament: Valid blows only to the head of your opponent.

Thrown Weapons

Ghouls Vs. The Populace: Ghouls will try to overtake the populace through rounds of thrown weapons. Participants will play until the humans defeat the plague, or the ghouls overtake the known world!!!

Blood Splatter Tourney: Create the largest blood splatter in rounds of increasing difficulty to win!

Fiendish Hunt – Open Throw: Target as many monsters as you can during open thrown weapons practice.
